Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Behavior Technician in Jenison, MI to support documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or related field preferred.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain with supervision.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation and billing under BCBA supervision.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques.
• Maintain professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.
