Job summary

The Special Education District of Lake County (SEDOL) is seeking a Full-time LASSO 1 Paraprofessional at Olive Martin in Lake Villa, IL. You will support teachers in delivering instruction and daily routines for students with special needs.

As a 1:1 paraprofessional in our LASSO 1 program, you will assist with data collection, classroom organization, and behavior management under the guidance of the teacher. The role includes duties like preparing materials and promoting student independence.

Qualifications

• Support teachers in daily routines for students in 4th-8th grades.
• Assist with data collection and progress tracking.
• Implement behavior management under guidance of the teacher.
• Assist in 1:1 LASSO 1 program at Olive Martin, Lake Villa, IL.
