BLOOM SEARCH is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Manager in Momence, IL to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient production. The role supervises maintenance staff, drives equipment reliability, and supports lean manufacturing initiatives.

Candidate should have 5+ years of leadership in food manufacturing, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and experience with preventive maintenance systems. Full-time with benefits including health/dental/vision and 401k match.

BLOOM SEARCH is hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Manager!

Salary Range-$100-130k

The Maintenance Manager is responsible forsupervising, training, and mentoring members of the Maintenance department.He/She is expected to establish a positive, respectful, and supportiverelationship with Maintenance team members and encourage individual skilldevelopment and advancement of team members.

The Manager willmaintain property, plant, and equipment to support and improve the safeproduction and performance of the operations, as well as develop and implementprocess controls to provide for improved equipment performance.

The person fillingthis role will be responsible for providing technical leadership in support oflean manufacturing objectives and contribute to the team by providing technicalexpertise on food manufacturing plants, process line machinery, equipmentmaintenance, process improvements, and implementation of new installations.

The ideal candidatewill have strong troubleshooting, mechanical, interpersonal, written, andverbal communication skills, at least 5 years of leadership experience in foodmanufacturing, familiarity with preventative maintenance systems, and extensivemechanical and electrical experience.

This position reportsto the Operations Manager.
