As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible forestablishing and achieving the goals set by the company while exerting alleffort to maximize guest satisfaction. You will have the overall responsibilityof running the operation of the restaurant which includes driving sales througha top of the line marketing approach and excellent operation.

Restaurant Managers also need to control profit and lossthrough comprehensive business analysis for the betterment of the entirecompany. Also included in the job description is the training and developmentor management team to ensure that all company standards are being implementedand upheld.

• Build Sales thru great guestservice and perfect quality product
  
• Ensure an effective workschedule, designed to build sales thru projecting the business as needed,Schedule written by 5pm on Friday and posted Monday by 5pm each week
  
• Work lunch and dinner through a55 hour work week during peak sales periods
  
• Responsible for the safety andsecurity of all employees and customers
  
• Attain the restaurant’s AnnualOperating Plan
  
• Ensure consistent delivery ofsafe food on every shift
  
• Ensure consistent execution of Systemsto maintain a clean, organized restaurant
  
• Purchase food, beverages andsupplies as needed and oversee their preparation to insure that everyproduct served meets our high standards of product quality
  
• Maintain high standards byoperating in accordance with established performance, profits andoperating standards as outlined in the OSM
  
• Use Learning Hub trainingeffectively to hire, retain, develop a bench of A players and prepareteam members and managers for growth opportunities
  
• Demonstrate good workingknowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibility for preventivemaintenance of a restaurant
  
• Ensure all marketing plans areexecuted on time and accurately to build repeat customer visits, includingapproved Local Store Marketing
  
• Provide leadership byengendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude andcommitment toward Company objectives
  
• Responsible for training allemployees on general cash control systems and general credit card securityand maintaining a secure restaurant environment for credit card data
