Responsibilities

• Build sales through great guest service and high-quality product.
• Schedule management: posting by Friday 5pm, weekly posting by Monday 5pm.
• Work lunch and dinner with a ~55 hour week during peak periods.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
• Achieve the restaurant’s Annual Operating Plan.
• Maintain safe food handling on every shift.
• Maintain clean, organized restaurant per established systems.
• Purchase food, beverages and supplies; oversee preparation to meet high quality standards.
• Maintain performance, profits and operating standards per company guidelines.
• Utilize Learning Hub to hire, develop and retain top performers.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible forestablishing and achieving the goals set by the company while exerting alleffort to maximize guest satisfaction. You will have the overall responsibilityof running the operation of the restaurant which includes driving sales througha top of the line marketing approach and excellent operation.

Restaurant Managers also need to control profit and lossthrough comprehensive business analysis for the betterment of the entirecompany. Also included in the job description is the training and developmentor management team to ensure that all company standards are being implementedand upheld.
