Responsibilities

• Build sales through great guest service and perfect quality product.
• Ensure an effective work schedule; post by 5pm Friday and Monday by 5pm.
• Work lunch and dinner with a 55-hour work week during peak periods.
• Responsible for the safety and security of all employees and customers.
• Attain the restaurant’s Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensure consistent delivery of safe food on every shift.
• Ensure consistent execution of systems to maintain a clean, organized restaurant.
• Purchase food, beverages and supplies and oversee preparation to meet high quality standards.
• Maintain high standards by operating under established performance, profit and operating standards.
• Use Learning Hub training to hire and develop a bench of A players.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible forestablishing and achieving the goals set by the company while exerting alleffort to maximize guest satisfaction. You will have the overall responsibilityof running the operation of the restaurant which includes driving sales througha top of the line marketing approach and excellent operation.

Restaurant Managers also need to control profit and lossthrough comprehensive business analysis for the betterment of the entirecompany. Also included in the job description is the training and developmentor management team to ensure that all company standards are being implementedand upheld.
