Job summary

The Connor Group is seeking a full-stack Web Developer with strong front-end expertise and a marketing mindset to own and continuously improve customer-facing digital experiences across our portfolio.

You will combine technical proficiency with an understanding of how websites attract prospects, influence customer behavior, and drive conversion. Collaboration with Marketing, SEO, and Design teams is essential to deliver high-quality, performance-focused experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional web development experience.
Extensive WordPress development experience, including custom themes, plugins, APIs, multisite configurations, performance, and troubleshooting.
Strong proficiency in PHP and back-end web development, with the ability to independently work across the full technology stack.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX, customer behavior, and conversion optimization, with the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into effective digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve customer-facing digital experiences across the portfolio.
Lead development from concept through deployment and collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Design, and Data teams.
