Job summary

Tenna is seeking a Front-End Designer & Developer to own how our website looks, feels, and converts, writing clean HTML/CSS/JS within WordPress/Elementor. You’ll also craft graphics in Adobe CC to support marketing assets and campaigns in the construction space.

You will collaborate with a Web Platform Engineer to balance design excellence with site health, accessibility, and performance. Strong portfolio required showing both design and shipped frontend code.

Qualifications

4+ years designing and building websites with shipped front-end code.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, interaction design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Video editing and motion graphics experience (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
Photography or videography capture experience for jobsite/customer content is a plus.
Experience marketing to construction/industrial/B2B audiences is a plus.
Hands-on HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript; comfortable in WordPress theme and custom CSS.
Experience building pages in Elementor including templates, global styles, and widgets.

Responsibilities

Designs and builds responsive page templates, components, and landing pages on tenna.com using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in WordPress.
Translates ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with stakeholder review.
Builds reusable blocks and templates in Elementor for on-brand pages.
Ensures WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and tests for them.
Owns front-end contributions to Core Web Vitals through markup and optimization.
Maintains cross-browser/device compatibility and QA before publish.
Builds landing pages, emails, forms in HubSpot with personalized content.
Evolves Tenna's design system across branding and components.
Applies Tenna brand standards across marketing output.
