Click Here Labs in Dallas is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Front-end Developer to build and maintain client websites and web applications across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and React-based front-ends.

You'll collaborate with PMs, designers, and UX, deliver features independently, adopt CI/CD, utilize REST APIs, and responsibly incorporate AI coding assistants into daily workflows while contributing to internal tooling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of professional application development experience (agency preferred)
• Portfolio or code samples demonstrating front-end and full-stack work
• Experience delivering projects on deadline with client accountability

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client websites and web apps across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and React/front-end solutions
• Deliver features independently with minimal supervision, meeting project deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and UX architects to translate concepts into functional, performant web experiences
• Support overflow work across multiple client accounts, adapting quickly to different tech stacks and project requirements
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Use AI coding tools daily as part of your workflow, knowing when to verify and when to adjust approaches
• Identify process improvements in development and help implement changes
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions on AI-enhanced development techniques
• Contribute to internal tools, websites, and tooling standards
• Document handoffs and clarify development workflow for teammates

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain client websites and web applications across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom React/front-end solutions
• Deliver features independently with minimal supervision, meeting project deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and UX architects to translate creative concepts into functional, performant web experiences
• Support overflow work across multiple client accounts, adapting quickly to different tech stacks and project requirements
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar) as part of your daily workflow – including knowing when to trust the output, when to verify it, and when to reach for a different approach
• Recognize patterns in our development process that are worth improving or eliminating, and help implement those changes
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions on AI-enhanced development techniques
• Contribute to internal tools, websites, and process improvements
• Participate in documentation efforts and support the team’s standards and tooling decisions

What You\'re Good At

• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React preferred; Vue or similar acceptable)
• Working knowledge of CMS development (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or similar)
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD concepts
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party services
• Active use of AI coding assistants in your development workflow
• You think about your development workflow as a system, and you pay attention to which parts slow you down or repeat themselves
• You have opinions about when AI tools are worth using and when they aren’t, and those opinions come from experience, not assumption
• You can take a feature from requirements to delivery without someone looking over your shoulder
• When you encounter a repetitive task, your instinct is to build something to eliminate it, not get faster at it
• When things are ambiguous , you ask good questions rather than guessing
• You write documentation because you understand that future-you (and your teammates) will need it
• You can describe the handoffs in your development workflow, not just the code you write
• You communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical colleagues
• You are comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment

What You Have in Your Background

• Two or three years of professional application development experience (agency experience preferred but not required)
• Portfolio or code samples demonstrating front-end and full-stack work
• Experience delivering projects on deadline with real client or stakeholder accountability
• Preferred: experience with CMS development (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, etc.)
• Preferred: exposure to .NET or other enterprise framework environments
• Preferred: experience with banner/display advertising production (HTML5, Google Ads)
• Preferred: familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization
• Preferred: familiarity with database solutions and SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
