Job summary

Click Here Labs, a Dallas-based digital agency, seeks a front-end developer to build client websites and web apps using WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and React. You’ll deliver features independently, collaborate with PMs, designers, and UX architects, and contribute to AI-enhanced development.

You’ll work across multiple client accounts, write clean code, participate in code reviews, and help improve our development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React preferred; Vue acceptable).
• CMS development experience with WordPress, Drupal, Webflow or similar.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility basics.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Active use of AI coding assistants in development workflows.
• Ability to take a feature from requirements to delivery independently.
• Proactive about reducing repetitive tasks by building improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client websites and web applications across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom React/front-end solutions.
• Deliver features independently with minimal supervision, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and UX architects to translate concepts into functional web experiences.
• Support overflow work across multiple client accounts and adapt to different tech stacks.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Utilize AI coding tools as part of daily workflow, knowing when to verify outputs.
• Identify and help implement process improvements in the development workflow.
• Contribute to internal tools, websites, and tooling decisions.
• Participate in documentation efforts and uphold team standards.
