Overview

Position: Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Full Stack Developer who will help shape the future of technology experiences for our clients. In this role, you will focus on leveraging enterprise-scale data, foundational AI platforms, and both your frontend and backend application development chops to create impactful solutions that drive quantifiable value for our customers. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll utilize AI pair programming to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful user experiences.

You should have a proven track record of utilizing AI tools in developing technology solutions, deploying responsible/secure AI implementations, and tailoring software platforms (CMS, CRM, ECOM, etc.) to meet unique organizational needs. We expect you to help make this place better and be a contributor to our evolving development process and to refine our AI-driven methodologies. Finally, you must have a keen ability to pragmatically solve problems, finding unique solutions that are right sized to match a client\'s needs and scale. Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, AI-driven technology applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a developer, ideally full stack, with experience building large-scale solutions.
• Experience developing with AI tools and methodologies, and a track record of leveraging these to improve development processes.
• Strong creative thinking skills for identifying new opportunities to apply AI.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across diverse teams.
