Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or related field and 1 year of software development experience or 5+ years of related experience.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to research root causes and propose solutions using data.
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and adjust style.
Ability to mentor teammates and maintain a positive attitude.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide development and production support for key software applications and systems.
Contribute to solutions architecture deliverables and decisions via architectural diagrams and design deliverables.
Collaborate with UX team to improve the user experience and pass accessibility criteria.
Resolve technical problems for on-prem, cloud-native, and hybrid apps.
Communicate updates and key information to leadership and stakeholders.
