Job summary

Seneca Holdings seeks a Level II Software Engineer to independently design and deliver software features across ARAT products. You will own end-to-end milestones, integrate TCP/IP communication among SDRs, UXGs, servers, and rack components, and build browser-based interfaces with 508 conformance.

Expect on-site work at Aberdeen Proving Ground with occasional travel for installation and testing. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, 4–8 years of software experience, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
• IA baseline certification (8570 IAT II) or equivalent training for privileged access.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software features end to end across client products.
• Integrate TCP/IP communication among SDRs, Keysight UXG, UTAS, M&S, and CATS/UMCATS.
• Build browser-based UI components and ensure Section 508 conformance.
• Provide technical support for evaluation, upgrades, sustainment, and issues.
• Travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground to install and test software in the lab.
• Estimate level of effort for planned software projects with the PM.
