The Swift Group, an employee-focused services company, seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer in Herndon, VA. The role entails enhancing enterprise systems for financial operations, requiring strong AWS, API development, and database skills. The Swift Group is looking for a skilledFull Stack Software Engineer to support the new development, enhancement and Operations and Maintenance of an enterprise system focused on streamlining financial operations, automating business processes, and aligning customer solutions to their overarching digital architecture.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web technologies, web application performance optimization, and backend SQL queries. They will write efficient, scalable code to develop new application modules and enhance existing application features. The team operates in an Agile development environment and includes automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment in AWS cloud environments. The Developer will be responsible for working with team leads to develop tasking for each developer by building user stories and liaison with the customer product owner to develop and clarify requirements and obtain feedback.

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
