Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for a contract job with a client in Baltimore, MD(Remote). The ideal candidate will work on building and improving customer-facing features for web and cross-platform apps.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $75/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full Stack Software Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Developing and prioritizing software requirements in collaboration with product, growth, and operations teams.

• Building scalable frontend components and translating UI/UX designs into code.

• Improving system performance, robustness, and scalability.

• Supporting a culture of code quality, documentation, and thoughtful design tradeoffs.

• Mentoring teammates and participating in internal tech talks.

• Investing in tools and automation to improve team productivity.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of full-time development experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Strong experience with backend development, HTTP APIs, and Service Oriented Architecture.

• 1+ years of experience with React and Angular.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
