Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Software/Application Developer for a local Optics company in Albuquerque. The role focuses on building robust web apps with .NET Core and React/JS, integrating data across systems for production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will manage large data sets, create insightful reports with Power BI, and help implement a compliant software development lifecycle. Strong Agile experience and ERP/MRP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Proficiency in .NET Core and Microsoft SQL.
Experience as a Web Application Developer or similar role.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain in-house web applications using .NET Core, React/JS, and MS SQL.
Create systems to integrate information from multiple software and hardware systems.
Manage large data sets and generate meaningful data summaries.
Use SAP Web Intelligence and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Develop a compliant Software Development Lifecycle policy (CMMC).
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve performance issues and bugs.
Assist in developing reports and data analyses as needed.
Promote and implement best practices, standards, and controls.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems to integrate manufacturing processes.
