Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking an Application Developer to build end-to-end business applications spanning front-end and back-end technologies. You will design, develop, and deploy cohesive solutions from user interfaces to APIs and databases to support internal teams and operations.

The role requires strong full-stack skills in C#, .NET Core, React, and TypeScript, plus experience with Azure, databases, and automated testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent professional back-end software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for back-end development.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and modern CSS techniques.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, npm or yarn.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure, including deployment concepts.
• Version control with Git (GitHub or Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit/Cypress/Playwright/RTL).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications from database through UI.
• Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Design data models across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Deploy and maintain apps on Azure (App Services, Functions, containers).
• Implement responsive, accessible UIs from Figma designs.
• Write automated tests to ensure reliability across the stack.
• Apply secure coding practices including Azure AD/Auth0 integration.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency.
