Job summary

Resource Data is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a team of consultants delivering complex technical solutions. You will drive design and implementation, mentor others, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering scalable software.

You will contribute across the stack with React front-ends, .NET back-ends, APIs, and database work, while upholding code quality, testing, and documentation standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with React front-end and API integration.
• Full-stack development with .NET Framework/Core and APIs.
• Ability to lead design/implementation of complex systems.
• Strong architectural, performance, security tradeoff judgment.
• Advanced experience with source control and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the full application stack (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases).
• Design and develop front-end apps using React and related tech.
• Design, optimize and maintain relational database schemas.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing and docs.
• Promote CI/CD adoption and integrate deployment pipelines.
• Participate in requirements analysis and translate to plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve solutions and client outcomes.
• Support estimation, scoping and proposal development.
