Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Software Developer to join the InteleShare team and contribute to its secure, cloud-based medical image sharing platform. You will design and deliver features that connect healthcare providers, imaging centers, hospitals, and patients—enabling timely diagnoses across institutions.

The role spans multiple codebases (Perl, JavaScript, Java, C#) and you will grow across them while working in an Agile team, taking ownership end-to-end and ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional web application development experience.
• Experience with at least one server-side language and willingness to become productive in Perl.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to read query plans.
• Solid JavaScript skills including DOM, jQuery, and React/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the InteleShare web application and services tier—from scoping to delivery.
• Write and tune PostgreSQL queries and schema changes for a high-volume production database.
• Translate customer requirements into well-engineered technical solutions and troubleshoot end-to-end.
• Contribute to code quality via PR reviews, tests, and documentation.
• Support DevOps and operations including containerized AWS/Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD.
• Work as a full-stack generalist across languages as needs evolve.
