Job Description

The Manager, SoftwareDevelopment leads a team of software engineers responsible for developing and maintainingIntelerad'smedicalimagingsolutionsthatservehealthcareprovidersanddirectlyimpactpatientcare delivery. This role balances technical leadership with people management, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, secure, and compliant software while fostering individual growth and team collaboration. The Manager partners closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and other R&D teams to drive successful delivery of features and capabilities that meet healthcare regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Additional Information

The base pay for this position ranges from $112,500/yr - $150,000yrCAD within any geographic market in Canada. Pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.Intelerad is a total compensation company.Pay is dependent on the position offered. Bonusand other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
