Trust in SODA in New York City is seeking a senior staff software engineer to own complex product features and help lead architecture decisions in an AI-native fintech environment.

Qualifications

Senior / Staff Software Engineer | AI-Native Fintech | Up to $250k + Equity

• AI-native fintech modernising complex financial operations
• Small engineering team with significant technical ownership
• New York City | 3 days onsite
• Up to $250,000 base + equity

You'll join a small engineering team with genuine influence over product, architecture and engineering decisions.

You'll work closely with the people closest to the problems, figure out what needs building and take ownership from initial idea through to production.

What you'll work on:
