synchr LLC is expanding its engineering team to replace legacy systems with a modern platform that unifies workflows, data, and money movement. We’re hiring strong backend engineers who own features end to end and operate at a high technical bar in a fast-growing, AI-native environment.

• 3–10 years of backend-leaning software engineering experience.
• Track record of owning features end to end and shipping quickly.
• Comfort building systems where reliability and correctness matter.
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development.
