Andersen is seeking an experienced Full Stack QA Engineer to lead testing across a data-collection platform used in AI data pipelines. You will own test strategy, validate media capture and uploads, and ensure accuracy of complex financial and compliance flows.

The role requires automation in Java/Kotlin, strong API testing skills, and experience with CI/CD, Docker, and AWS. Collaboration across mobile, web, and backend services is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack QA Engineer.
• Experience in functional, integration, API, and E2E testing across the full user journey.
• Automation experience in Java/Kotlin.
• Strong API automation experience with REST and/or gRPC, including Postman.
• Experience with Selenium/Selenide and hands-on Appium experience.
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, retries, and idempotency.
• Experience testing financial flows including payouts and reconciliation.
• Understanding data privacy, consent management, data retention and erasure.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and AWS-based environments.
• Ability to diagnose issues using logs, metrics, traces, databases, and queues (Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana, Kafka, SQL).
• English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or above.
• Nice-to-have: JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright/Cypress, media testing on mobile.

The project is developing a scalable data collection platform that supports end-to-end AI data pipelines across multiple countries, including campaign and task management, media submissions, automated quality control, worker payments, and dataset delivery, with integrations across internal systems and AI services.

• Own the test strategy for a data-collection platform spanning the worker app, the back office, and backend services, from test plans through release sign-off
• Test media capture and upload in real-world conditions across Android/iOS devices, poor networks, interrupted and resumed uploads, and on-device pre-checks
• Verify complex business flows and state machines, including task reservation and expiry, quotas and campaign auto-stop, submission statuses, review and rework cycles, labeling consensus, and buyer isolation between segments
• Ensure correctness of money and compliance flows, including accruals, balances, payout batches and reconciliation, consent versioning and withdrawal, data erasure, and audit trails
• Build and maintain end-to-end and API test automation in CI, and load-test the task queue and ingestion under peak traffic

• Experience in functional, integration, API, and E2E testing across the full user journey, from onboarding and consent through task queue, data capture and upload, review, earnings, and payouts
• Automation experience in Java/Kotlin
• Strong API automation experience with REST and/or gRPC, including tools such as Postman
• Experience with Selenium/Selenide and hands-on experience with Appium
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture, including retries, timeouts, idempotency, duplicate events, and eventual consistency
• Experience testing financial flows, including accruals, balances, batch payouts, and reconciliation with third-party payout providers
• Understanding of data privacy requirements, including consent management, data retention, and erasure
• Experience testing time- and quota-based logic, including TTL-based task reservations, expiry and reassignment, volume limits, and targeting by country/language/segment
• Ability to investigate issues using logs, metrics, traces, databases, and message queues, including Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana, Kafka, SQL/MySQL
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and AWS-based environments
• Ability to validate consistency across the mobile app, WebView, back office, backend APIs, and distributed services, and troubleshoot partial failures and partner/service outages
• Experience contributing to test strategy, requirements reviews, release validation, and production issue analysis with a focus on business risk
• English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or above
