Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of professional full-stack development with PHP/Laravel and Python
• Expert-level PHP and Laravel (MVC, Eloquent)
• HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript with React or Vue.js
• Python for scripting and web development (Django/Flask)
• Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization
• AWS deployment experience (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53)
• Git-based version control and modern tooling (Composer, npm/yarn)
• HTTP, web security principles, API design, and responsive design
• Clear writing and speaking for technical and non-technical readers

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features end-to-end: Laravel on back-end, React or Vue on front-end
• Develop REST APIs to integrate with third-party systems
• Deploy and run applications on AWS with Python automation and caching strategies
