Job summary

Pair Eyewear is seeking a Senior Paid Social Lead in New York to own strategy, execution, and measurement across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will manage budgets, optimize bidding, and build retargeting frameworks to drive incremental revenue.

Collaborate with data teams to test incrementality and attribution, while partnering with creative to develop high-performing content and expand channel growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paid social strategy and execution at a high-growth DTC/e-commerce brand or performance agency.
• Hands-on fluency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads with testing across bidding, creative, and audience.
• Strong metrics understanding (ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, incrementality, attribution) and ability to derive actions.
• Comfort with raw data and ad platform reporting to extract next steps from data.
• Experience managing creative for licensed partnerships or co-branded collaborations.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok.
• Own budget pacing and bid strategy management across campaigns.
• Establish POV on retargeting frameworks to improve conversion rates and LTV.
• Partner with data & analytics on attribution models and measurement.
• Define KPIs and build reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Creative on testing roadmap and content briefs.
• Develop high-performing, platform-native content with data-informed briefs.
• Accelerate testing with AI tools and improve test velocity.
• Identify landing page friction points and lead testing roadmap.
• Own audience targeting frameworks and scale emerging channels.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with creative, product, CRM, and analytics teams.
