Job summary

Pair Eyewear is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own and scale paid social across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms from our New York area HQ. You will collaborate with data, analytics, product, and creative teams to drive efficient new customer growth and measure impact with robust attribution.

You’ll lead full-funnel strategies, optimize budgets, and test creative at speed, leveraging AI where useful and staying ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid social strategy and execution at high-growth DTC/e-commerce or performance agency.
• Deep hands-on fluency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads with structured testing.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, incrementality, and attribution.
• Comfortable with raw data and ad-platform reporting to derive next steps.
• Experience managing creative for licensed partnerships or co-branded collaborations.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, and additional channels blending brand storytelling with performance.
• Own budget pacing and bid strategy management, allocating spend where results are strongest.
• Establish retargeting frameworks to improve conversions and customer lifetime value.
• Partner with data & analytics on attribution models, incrementality testing, and Leads/CPA measurement.
• Define tactic-level KPIs and build actionable leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with Creative to own testing roadmap and content generation.
• Develop platform-native content using performance data to inform briefs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative experimentation and testing velocity.
• Identify landing page friction and optimize testing roadmap across paid social.
