Fintech LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled Software Engineer (.NET) to join our development team. You will lead full feature development, design, test, and maintain scalable web apps using C# and .NET Core, integrating React frontend with Bit.dev components.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and implement automated testing, security practices, and performance optimizations in a hybrid, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ)
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development with .NET backend technologies.
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques and application tuning.

Responsabilités

• Lead full feature development and implementation of minor enhancements within assigned feature teams.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and services using C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.
• Implement full-stack solutions combining .NET backend with React frontend and Bit.dev components.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for internal/external integrations with focus on performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
• Implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with systematic debugging.
• Provide application support and collaborate with customer support to resolve issues; optimize performance, reliability, security.
• Implement security best practices including Auth0 integration and secure coding; work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and architecture; stay current with industry trends.
