Motion Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Software Engineer for a hybrid role in Malvern, PA. You will work on enterprise fintech applications using React, TypeScript, .NET Core, and Azure to modernize risk and collections systems.

You’ll balance front-end and back-end development, leverage AI-powered tools, and collaborate with a team that emphasizes innovation, learning, and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background with C#, .NET and .NET Core.
• Experience with SQL Server and writing queries.
• Hands-on with React and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team

Responsibilities

• Front-end development with React, JavaScript and TypeScript (40%).
• Back-end development with .NET Core and C# (35%).
• Database development with SQL Server (15%).
• Cloud, DevOps and integrations with Azure (10%).
