Job summary

Access-HR, Inc. seeks an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer with Java, Spring Boot, and React experience to support a DISA project. You will join an Agile team delivering secure, hardened software and performing DevSecOps in a multiyear IT modernization effort.

The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong communication, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DoD STIG processes. A US citizenship and Final Secret DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• (Must have) Four or more years of software development experience with Java/Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support full-stack Java Spring Boot applications with a React frontend.
• Contribute to microservice API development and agile delivery.
• Participate in DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with databases like Postgres and Redis.
• Collaborate on Agile Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.
• Assist with testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
