Job summary

Access-HR, Inc. seeks an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) with Java, Spring Boot, and React. You will join an Agile team delivering secure, hardened software as part of a multi-year IT modernization effort.

Candidate should have strong experience in microservices, Postgres/Redis, and DevSecOps CI/CD. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, DoD STIGs, and Jira/Confluence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot and React proficiency.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RDMS/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile methodologies.
• DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack Java Spring Boot services with a React front end.
• Participate in Agile SDLC and deliver user stories.
• Work with Postgres and Redis databases.
• Contribute to unit testing with JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Ensure code quality via reviews and development standards.
• Collaborate with customer and external teams to explain functionality.
