Job summary

Synechron is seeking a seasoned frontend/backend engineer in Dallas to build scalable, responsive UI components and robust Java Spring Boot services. You will collaborate with product, UX, QA, and backend teams to deliver secure, high-performance applications aligned to enterprise standards.

Qualifications include 10+ years in software development, strong React/TypeScript skills, and experience with microservices, OAuth2/JWT, and secure auth patterns.

Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience.
Experience building scalable Java Spring Boot microservices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Build reusable UI components using React Hooks, Context API, and modern frontend architecture.
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces following enterprise UI standards.
Consume and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot.
Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
Participate in application modernization and migration initiatives.
Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, and caching techniques.
Collaborate with UX, Product, QA, and backend teams throughout the SDLC.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
