Job summary

Synechron is seeking a React Developer to lead design and development of scalable web applications using React.js and modern frontend ecosystems. You will mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions for enterprise contexts.

The role emphasizes architecture blueprints, design systems, and integration with RESTful APIs and microservices. You will drive code quality, CI/CD practices, and close collaboration with product managers.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-grade frontend applications in finance, e-commerce, or telecom domains.
• Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, Ant Design) and modern UI tooling.
• Experience establishing coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD for frontend platforms.

We are seeking a React Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting enterprise-grade applications, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and implement frontend architecture using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern UI frameworks.
• Develop scalable component libraries, design systems, and reusable code patterns.
• Lead technical discussions, provide architecture blueprints, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-level applications in finance, e-commerce, or telecom domains.
• Knowledge of design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, custom UI frameworks).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
