Job summary

Certivo seeks a Full Stack Growth Marketer in Seattle or remote in the U.S. with 3–5 years of hands-on growth experience to scale our go-to-market engine. You will own multi-channel campaigns, CRO, and ABM programs, partnering with Sales and Product to drive pipeline and revenue.

You will build scalable growth systems, work with experienced leaders, and translate efforts into measurable business value as Certivo accelerates its market impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hands-on growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Full stack growth ownership across channels, not just one area.
• CRO-oriented with focus on funnels and conversion.
• Technically fluent with modern marketing and sales stacks.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to move fast with leverage.
• Data-driven: tests, measures, learns, iterates.
• ABM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale multi-channel campaigns that create qualified pipeline.
• Own CRO across landing pages, forms, CTAs, email flows, and nurture programs.
• Build integrated campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, content, webinars, events, partners.
• Power the marketing stack: CRM, marketing automation, analytics, ABM tools.
• Create collateral and video to explain value and drive engagement and conversion.
• Run ABM with Sales on targeted accounts and expansion opportunities.
• Experiment with messaging, channels, audiences, and offers; scale what works.
• Measure funnel performance: conversion rates, pipeline, CAC, velocity; act on insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to align growth with revenue outcomes.
