Job summary

Amen Clinics is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and enhance web and mobile applications using Flutter and Dart across multiple projects. You will implement features, backend services, and AI-powered capabilities within an established architecture under technical leadership.

You will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver reliable, accessible experiences and maintain code quality through reviews and automated tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with user-facing apps and backend services.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Flutter development with Dart, state management, async programming, and API integration.
• Experience building substantial Flutter applications and explaining implementation decisions.
• Proficiency in a backend language (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript) with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with cloud or managed backends (Firebase, AWS Amplify, Azure).
• Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Jira/Asana.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart, and contribute to web apps with established technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services, databases, and REST APIs supporting workflows and integrations.
• Implement features within an established architecture and suggest usability and performance improvements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI services for defined use cases.
• Write automated tests and support CI/CD pipelines; participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
