Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Software Engineer in Columbus, OH to build a world-class patient experience across mobile, web, and desktop platforms. The role emphasizes privacy, security, and end-to-end delivery with collaboration across Product and Care teams.

You will start by familiarizing with the tech stack (Flutter & GCP), then contribute to core features and scalable backend services while aligning with enrollment goals and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Flutter and GCP is preferred.
• Experience designing and integrating with third-party APIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with care team to build a world-class mobile experience for patients.
• Delight users and drive enrollment goals while monitoring key metrics.
• Improve user experiences by integrating with modern services via APIs.
• Leverage GCP to architect, build, and deploy scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to improve analytics and automate decisions.
• Practice CI/CD to minimize feedback cycles.
• Decide sprint vs. deliberate approach in software development.
• Continuously improve tooling for future development.
