Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, peer code review, and production support; working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex application and database issues, manage multiple priorities, and drive assignments through to completion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, test, debug, deploy, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using C#/.NET, React, SQL, APIs, Azure.
• Own complex application changes from requirements through production support, including troubleshooting and performance improvements.
• Modernize legacy applications and reduce technical debt following enterprise architecture patterns.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions involving APIs, databases, security, cloud services, and integrations.
• Strengthen software quality via peer review, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure development practices.
• Collaborate with product leads, Business Solutions, QA, data, platform/cloud, vendors, and stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Mentor less-experienced developers, improve documentation, and share reusable patterns and standards.
