Qualifications

• Over 5 years of backend or full-stack experience with Java and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in API design and enterprise security.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable full-stack features and performant APIs to integrate Salesforce data within Slack.
• Lead technical designs, mentor engineers, and ensure high availability through rigorous testing and on-call rotations.
