Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production-quality software systems.
• Experience developing backend systems, APIs, or internal tools using Python/Node.js/Go.
• Strong fundamentals in application design, testing, debugging, code quality, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments and basic CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work in a high-ambiguity, startup-like environment while delivering solid internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tooling to support engineering workflows.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools: problem definition, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Create intuitive UI/workflows for technical users with emphasis on usability and speed.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations for dashboards, docs, data review, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate needs into internal products.
