Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production-quality software systems.
• Strong front-end experience with TypeScript/Javascript and React.
• Experience backend systems, APIs, or internal tools using Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Fundamentals in design, testing, debugging, code quality, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments and CI/CD workflows.
• Optimistic, high-ambiguity environment with shifting priorities and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tooling for engineering workflows.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Create intuitive UI/UX and backend services for dashboards, data review, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into internal products.
• Help define best practices for internal app development and maintainability.
• Contribute to long-term product and technical direction of the Internal Software Tools team.
