Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building production systems and internal tools.
• Proficient in backend development with Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Strong in Linux environments and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tooling for engineering workflows.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of internal tools: design, implement, test, deploy, maintain.
• Create intuitive UIs and workflows for technical users with high usability.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations for dashboards, docs, data review, and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to gather requirements and translate needs into internal products.
• Uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Contribute to evolving the Internal Software Tools team's products and approach.
