Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in full-stack engineering across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with modern frontend such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, React Native, iOS, or Android.
• 3+ years' experience in backend engineering with Node.js, .NET, or Java, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and related concerns.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and cloud platforms; containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, GKE, EKS).
• Strong DevOps and secure engineering experience including CI/CD and pipeline-as-code.
• Practical experience applying AI-enabled capabilities to software engineering, automation, or business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, workflows, and success criteria.
• Lead discovery sessions; translate requirements into architecture and plans.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack applications across web, backend, cloud, data, automation, and AI-enabled use cases.
• Build responsive front-end apps using Vue.js, React, Angular or Next.js.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, integrations, and microservices using Python.
• Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
• Build prototypes and production-ready solutions for automation and AI workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities via APIs, SDKs, and cloud AI services.
• Design automation for business processes, delivery, testing, monitoring, and developer productivity.
• Collaborate to influence solution design, platform patterns, and roadmap priorities.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
