Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build complex applications for federal clients. You will work within an agile team, develop modern UI for microservices, and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.

Requirements include 5–10 years in development, TypeScript/Node.js with Angular/React, REST/SOAP/XML/JSON services, NoSQL and AWS DynamoDB knowledge, and US permanent residency with ability to obtain Public Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS or related field.
• 5–10 years in programming or web development.
• Hands-on TypeScript/Node.js with Angular and React; back-end Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with SOAP/REST/XML/JSON web services.
• Experience with NoSQL and AWS DynamoDB a plus.
• OO design, DevOps culture; reusable components emphasis.
• Familiar with IT standards, SDLC, and project frameworks.
• Experience with GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, etc.
• Experience in AWS design with AWS SDKs a plus.
• US permanent resident; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Must have lived in the US 3 of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech and business teams to build solutions using agile methods.
• Design and develop reliable, scalable web applications.
• Follow coding standards; participates in code reviews.
• Attend sprint planning; help estimate user stories.
• Troubleshoot issues in existing apps.
• Design, build, maintain, monitor, and test infrastructure.
• Build modern, responsive UI for microservices-based apps.
• Leverage latest web UI/UX development tools and techniques.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Contribute to technical and user documentation; program metrics.
