Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer for the Developer Insights team in Los Angeles. You will build and improve internal developer tools, focusing on the Developer Insights portal and related platform services.

You will work across frontend and backend, applying a product mindset while mentoring peers and contributing to roadmap planning and OKR discussions. Expect collaboration across teams and potential involvement with upstream open-source projects.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of web tech experience with Typescript and React.
• Backend experience in Java, Kotlin, Python or Go.
• Product mindset for building platform services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI coding tools in the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build features for Developer Insights (Backstage.io).
• Introduce cutting edge technologies, including LLM-based tools.
• Improve developer experience across engineers.
• Collaborate across team boundaries and mentor peers.
• Contribute features and fixes to open-source projects.
