Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a senior developer to build and own enterprise applications and internal tools powering operational workflows end-to-end. Focus areas include AI-powered contract tools, CLM infrastructure, and ITAR/compliance tracking, with integrations to Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, and GCC.

You will own the CLM platform, design workflows from intake to close, and deliver cross-functional automation across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience building legal tech or CLM systems and contract management tools.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications in production (RAG, document processing).
• Proficiency with Salesforce as a CRM and at least one major ERP (NetSuite or Oracle).
• Experience in GCC environments with ITAR, CUI, or CMMC compliance requirements.
• Experience at a defense-tech, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise application strategy and roadmap; build tooling to reduce cycle times and bottlenecks.
• Develop AI-assisted contract review, risk analysis, and drafting workflows.
• Create contract obligation tracking and RAG/LLM tooling for compliance tasks.
• Own CLM platform logic, configuration, workflows, and automation across systems.
• Integrate procurement and finance systems (Salesforce GovCloud Plus, NetSuite).
• Build dashboards for real-time contract visibility for Legal, Finance, and executives.
• Support ITAR/compliance workflows and regulatory tracking across the enterprise.
