Job summary
Hadrian seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and own the enterprise CLM platform powering legal and compliance workflows. You will own integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, and Microsoft 365 GCC, working across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Procurement in a 0–1 build role.
Lead AI-powered contract intelligence, obligation tracking, and automated workflows from intake to close-out. Build scalable, end-to-end enterprise applications for a rapidly expanding manufacturing tech
Qualifications
- Experience building CLM or contract management tools in production.
- Proficiency with enterprise tech stacks (CRM/ERP) including integration patterns.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered workflows and document processing.
Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise application strategy and roadmap for CLM platform.
- Build AI-assisted contract review, drafting, and risk analysis tools.
- Develop obligation tracking and compliance automation across legal, finance, and ops.
- Integrate contract workflows with Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, and GCC.
- Create dashboards for real-time contract status and milestones.
