Job summary

Hadrian is hiring for a role to build and own enterprise applications and internal tools powering its operations end-to-end. You will focus on legal tech, CLM, and cross-functional integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, and Microsoft 365 GCC.

This 0–1 build role centers on automating contract workflows, risk analysis, and compliance across the business. The position emphasizes AI-powered contract intelligence, obligation tracking, and platform ownership of the CLM stack, with a focus

Qualifications

• Experience building legal tech or CLM systems.
• Experience with AI/LLM in production (RAG, document processing).
• Familiarity with GCC environments ITAR/CUI compliance for defense tech.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise application strategy and roadmap across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Procurement integrations.
• Build AI-assisted contract review, drafting workflows, and change logs per playbooks.
• Develop obligation extraction and tracking with RAG/LLM tooling on contract corpus.
• Design and own CLM platform layer including docuSign and GCC integrations.
• Integrate contract data with Salesforce GovCloud Plus and NetSuite.
• Create dashboards for real-time contract status, risk, and milestones.
