Job summary

Altro Health is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a small, high-velocity team building the infrastructure powering Altro’s platform. You’ll ship real features from day one—dashboards, partner-facing tools, and consumer experiences—alongside our CTO and Senior Engineer.

Most work leans frontend, with rapid delivery and growth into a senior role. This is the right role for someone 2–4 years into their career who wants ownership, modern tooling, and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong React skills and frontend proficiency with TypeScript.
• Experience shipping production frontend features and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ship features from day one, including dashboards and partner-facing tools.
• Build consumer experiences and internal tools at Altro's fast pace.
• Work across the stack with a frontend emphasis and production readiness.
