Job summary

Altro in New York City is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build the infrastructure powering our wellness platform. You'll work on dashboards, partner tools, and consumer experiences, collaborating with the CTO and Senior Engineer.

With 2–4 years of experience, you’ll ship real features from day one, cross the stack, and level up toward a senior engineer role. We prize fast iteration and modern tooling in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-stack engineering experience at a startup or fast-moving team.
• Strong React skills with production frontends and modern tooling knowledge.
• Comfort across the stack: frontend, API wiring and database work.
• AI-native approach: comfortable with AI tools daily and leveraging them.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, partner-facing analytics, and consumer experiences.
• Develop two-sided marketplace features and internal tools to speed delivery.
• Work across the stack with Go/GraphQL backend and React frontend.
• Ship features from day one and iterate rapidly with the team.
