Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum four years of professional backend development experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience developing headless web apps using REST APIs, with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards (HL7/HIPAA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end applications across frontends, APIs, microservices, and data layers.
• Build RESTful APIs and ensure secure, scalable data exchange across systems.
• Engineer cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead with architectural decisions, mentor teammates, and promote best practices.
