Plenful is hiring Staff Full-Stack Engineers across three product teams — 340B, Intake, and a new pharmacy-operations pod. You will own end-to-end features that healthcare teams rely on daily to ensure compliance and efficiency, from the database to the UI, with AI embedded into workflows.

This senior role demands shaping solutions from rough ideas to production, making sound technical calls, and working with product and pharmacy teams to deliver meaningful impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional software engineering across the stack.
• Experience building customer-facing products, not internal tooling.
• Comfort moving across layers of the stack in a fast-growth environment.
• Production-ready mindset for enterprise healthcare context.
• Clear communication with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features end to end, from database to UI, for pharmacy and healthcare workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and operations experts to translate needs into working software.
• Own what you ship: design, build, test, deploy, and support in production.
• Make tradeoffs between speed and durability as the platform scales.
• Contribute to the platform's technical foundation, including AI integration into workflows.
• Use AI tools deliberately in daily work and demos.
• Review code and influence design docs to raise the technical bar.
